Ted Sivell is a self-taught artist and sculptor whose whimsical sculptures are based on classical, traditional approach, while drawing directly from realistic themes of nature as his primary subject matter.
Sivell’s latest works are made using hand-modelled forms in a light-weight concrete mix that he specifically developed for his own use.
Ted Sivell’s artwork can be found at select galleries throughout the Region and also at the L.E. Shore Memorial Library in Thornbury where he has donated his Alice in Wonderland “Tea Party” wall sculpture.
