Established in 2005, The Dam Pub Gastropub is a warm and cozy upscale family owned Scottish Whisky Pub in the heart of vacationland, just 2 hours north of Toronto, located in the village of Thornbury, Ont.
The Dam Pub is operated by Whisky Specialist Stephanie Price. Over 1000 whiskies from around the world, including over 600 single malts, with special attention shown to the true Scottish varieties. Executive Chef Robert Lussier dazzles patrons with his culinary skills including The Dam Pub’s famous signature dish, braised Lamb Shank and the Islay Fling dessert for 2, a combination of fine chocolate & heaven with 2 nips of Islay Whisky. Catering, group dining and corporate events are our specialty.
The Dam Pub is open 7 days a week from 11:30 AM.
